A recent survey conducted by The Harris Poll on behalf of cannabis retailer MedMen Enterprises has found that more than one-third of American women aged 21 and above consume cannabis.

The survey, conducted from February 28 to March 2, 2023, among 1,020 women aged 21 or more, revealed that 37% of American women use cannabis, with more than one in four women using it at least once a month. The survey also found that women primarily use cannabis for therapeutic reasons, such as anxiety relief, better sleep, and pain relief.
